WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

bells & whistles accepts all major credit cards and PayPal on this website.  If you have problems, call us on 01925 213999 and we can arrange to take payment in a different way.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We want you to enjoy shopping with us and work hard to make sure that we pick gifts for the shop that will delight you at home.  If the product is faulty, we will refund you in full.  If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a credit note or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not. You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it as long as the product is still in great condition.  

DO YOU SELL GIFT CARDS?

bells & whistles sells a range of gift cards.  These are currently not supported online but if you call us on 01925 213999, we will arrange to take your payment.

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY OPTIONS

At the moment bells & whistles only supports picking up goods at the shop or at our coffee shop brew which is next door at 86 London Rd.
